Pasta With Carbonara Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 c. cream
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. Hormel sliced pepperoni
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
pepper to taste
1/4 c. margarine
1 lb. fettucini or spaghetti noodles
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation

Cook noodles in salted boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes until tender but firm.
Drain well.
Let eggs, margarine and cream stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours.
Beat together eggs and cream just until blended.
Toss pasta with butter and pepperoni.
Pour egg mixture over this and toss until pasta is well coated.
Add cheese and parsley.
Serve immediately.
Cook with French bread.
