Chocolate Pie #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 C. granulated sugar
    1/3 C. all-purpose flour
    dash salt
    3 slightly beaten egg yolks
    6 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 C. milk (Use 1 small can Carnation Evaporated milk to make up a portion of the 2 C.)
    9 inch baked pastry shell
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan combine sugar, flour, salt and cocoa. Make certain there are no lumps. Add milk and eggs. Cook at medium temperature, stirring often. When mixture becomes hot, add margarine. Continue to cook until mixture begins to boil, and thickens. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour into pie shell.
