Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. mayo
    1 c. onion (optional)
    1 c. cheese
    1 c. celery (optional)
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed; drain.
    Mix together vegetables, mayo, onion, celery and cheese.
    Top with crackers.
    Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until top is browned.
