Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
1 bag mixed frozen vegetables
soy sauce
cooking spray
Preparation

Spray bottom of a wok with cooking spray.
Cook vegetables first.
It will take about 15 to 20 minutes.
While this is being done, you can cook your rice.
After vegetables are done, set aside and place your chicken in wok.
Wok needs to be very hot for chicken.
You may need to spray again with cooking spray before putting chicken in.
Season chicken with soy sauce as you cook it. You need to stir chicken often as you cook it.
It will take about 5 to 8 minutes to cook.
