Spinach-Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    generous dash of freshly ground pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. spinach, torn into bite-sized pieces (about 8 c.)
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced (about 3 c.)
    2 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Preparation
    Shake oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic in tightly covered container.
    Toss with spinach and mushrooms; sprinkle with bacon and egg.
    Serves 8.
