Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 c. cranberries, cut in half
1 well beaten egg
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients; add cranberries and nuts.
Add juice and shortening, stirring lightly.
Add egg; mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in greased pan.
