Cranberry Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
2 (22 oz.) Cornish hens
salt
Preparation

Combine cranberry sauce, wine and lemon juice in heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cranberry sauce melts and mixture is smooth.
Keep warm.
