New York Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 lb. eye of round (lean)
    1 tsp. canola oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano, ground
Preparation
    Rub oil all over roast. Combine garlic and oregano and rub over the oiled roast. Place in shallow baking pan with fat side up.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes per pound. Serving Size: 6 to 7 ounces meat. Exchanges: 7 ounces lean meat, 2 fats.
