Stan'S Cheesy Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. small catfish fillets (4 to 6)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 Tbsp. milk
about 1/2 c. flour
about 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine cheese, flour
and
seasonings. Dip fish in combined egg and milk and coat
with
flour mixture. Place in baking dish and pour butter over.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
May have to broil last 5 minutes to brown.
