Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 layers pizza dough for 12-14-inch pan
    4 chicken breasts
    3 italian sausage links
    1 large green pepper, sliced into thin slices
    2 leeks, trimmed and sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
    16 oz. swiss cheese, grated
    16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, sliced into 1/4 x 3-inch pieces
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1/3 c. olive oil
    fennel seed
    salt
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix garlic and olive oil together and let set for 15 minutes. Steam chicken breast until cooked through.
    Cool.
    Remove meat, shred or cut into small pieces.
    Set aside. Slice sausage links into 1/4 inch thick pieces and saute in pan until done.
    Remove from pan and set on paper towel to absorb fat.
    Steam green pepper and leeks together.
