Linda'S Zucchini Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe

zucchini
onion
tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Melt margarine and add bread crumbs.
Line bottom of baking dish with this (9 x 13-inch pan will take more crumbs and margarine).
Peel and slice zucchini 1/2-inch thick to cover.
Top with onion slices to cover.
Top with tomato slices to cover. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning.
Cover all with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove and cover with 2 cups (or more) Mozzarella cheese.
Return to oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
Remove and cool 5 minutes before serving.
