Chile Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapeno peppers
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix remaining ingredients except for cheese and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Melt in cheese.
    Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
