Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon (pink or red)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    3 tsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Drain
    salmon
    and
    remove skin and bone.
    Flake salmon with fork and add cream cheese, lemon juice, onions, salt and liquid smoke.
    Stir well.\tChill mixture overnight or several hours. Shape
    into
    2 nice logs or 1 large log.
    Combine nuts and parsley.
    Stir
    well and roll the salmon log in the pecan mixture and chill several hours.
    This freezes well.
