Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 c. diced potatoes
    10 oz. frozen broccoli
    10 oz. frozen cauliflower, chopped fine
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Stir until well mixed.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    When reheating, use low heat as it burns easily.
