Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped apple
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Combine sugar with eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla; beat well.
    Blend in flour mixture.
    Fold in apple and nuts; pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Makes 2 loaves.
