German Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cabbage finely, shredded
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
salt and pepper
celery seed
Preparation

Heat vinegar, sugar and oil to boiling point and pour over vegetables, salt, pepper and celery seed.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator or for as long as 2 weeks.
