Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium chopped onion
Preparation
    Blend all and pour into 3-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Top with green onions and bacon or buttered cornflakes.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
