Salmon Cheddar Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can salmon, drained and boned
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to a 9-inch deep dish pie shell (unbaked) or a 10-inch regular pie shell (unbaked).
    Just before placing in the oven, mix eggs and milk together and pour over salmon ingredients.
