Lemon-Rosemary Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup hot water-shy of boiling
3/4 teaspoon dry rosemary leaves, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 medium garlic clove, minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation

Pour hot water over rosemary and let cool. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. It is very strong. Does not take much to marinate.
