Layered-Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (undrained)
    2 tsp. Wyler's beef bouillon
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 (1 1/8 oz.) pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (6 oz.) container avocado dip
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped tomatoes
    sliced green onions
    sliced ripe olives
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown beef and drain fat.
    Add chilies and bouillon.
    Cook.
    Stir until bouillon dissolves.
    Cool.
