Rosie'S Unfried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) chicken, skin removed, cut into 12 pieces
    3 1/2 c. ice water
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Put cut pieces of chicken in ice water for 1/2 hour.
    Mix last 10 ingredients listed for breading.
    Take chicken out of ice water, dip in yogurt and then in breading.
    Place in a pan which has been sprayed with light cooking spray.
    Spray each piece of chicken to prevent drying.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 turning every 20 minutes.
