Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large can cream-style corn
    1 large can whole kernel corn (include the liquid)
    2/3 c. half and half
    60 crushed soda crackers (reserve some crackers for the top)
Preparation
    Beat eggs in bowl until frothy.
    Add chunks of butter (about 4 tablespoons), half and half and cracker crumbs.
    (Reserve small amount for top.)
    Add corn and liquid; stir well.
    Turn into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with reserved crackers and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
