Hot Cheese And Ham Croissants - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cartons ready to bake croissants
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    6 oz. sliced ham
    3 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten (for glaze)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Open croissant cartons and separate dough.
    Spread each with a little mustard, a piece of ham, trimmed to correct size and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Roll each croissant from the broad end towards the point and shape to a crescent. Place on cookie sheet and brush with glaze.
    Bake in center of oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
    Serve immediately.
