1 c. sesame seed
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. soy flour or powder
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped almonds
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. honey
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped dates*
