Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 slices bread
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 medium size onions, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 c. tomato juice or tomato soup
Preparation
    Crumble bread and soak in milk; add beaten egg.
    Mix with other ingredients, except tomato juice.
    Shape into 8 balls and place in greased casserole dish.
    Pour tomato juice over the balls and bake at 350\u00b0 oven (preheat).
