Curried Shrimp And Crab Sauce (Over Pasta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    4 large garlic cloves, chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    3 tsp. curry powder
    3/4 lb. medium shrimp, shelled
    1/2 lb. fresh or frozen crabmeat, drained
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    black pepper to taste
    3/4 lb. fusilli (recommended pasta)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet.
    Add garlic, onion and parsley and cook until onion is tender, about 4 minutes.
    Stir in curry powder.
    Add shrimp and crabmeat.
    Stir about 4 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook at a gentle boil until sauce thickens slightly.
