Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 grated carrot
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped sweet pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Drain and rinse in hot water, then cold water. Mix together remaining ingredients with macaroni and refrigerate.
