Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. mashed potatoes, baked
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. white sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
4 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Mix potatoes, sugars and slightly beaten eggs.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour in an unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes.
