Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 green pepper
    1 stick oleo
    1 can water
    1 red hot pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. grated carrots
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. plain beef soup or beef bouillon square
Preparation
    Cook for
    5 minutes.
    Pour over 1 cup raw rice and bake in oven for 1 hour.
