Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    red pepper
    garlic powder
    1 large onion
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. taco Doritos
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Boil chicken in salty water.
    Remove and cut into small pieces.
    Rub with red pepper and garlic powder.
    Put chicken in large casserole dish.
    Cut a large onion into small pieces and grate Velveeta cheese.
    Put over chicken.
    Crush and sprinkle 1/2 package of taco Doritos over chicken mixture.
    Blend mushroom and chicken soups with Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Pour over chicken.
    Put rest of Doritos on top.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
