Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 catsup bottle of water
    1 scant Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 bottle catsup
    1 stalk chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Place chuck roast in roasting pan and add all of the above ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Add water, if necessary, to prevent scorching.
    After roast is finished and cooled, pull apart and shred with fingers.
    Remove fat, gristle and bone.
    (I usually double the recipe and freeze half of it for future use. The recipe feeds eight hungry guests.)
