6 oz. can frozen apple juice
1 Tbsp. diet margarine
4 Tbsp. flour or 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
6 c. apples
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place apple juice in saucepan, undiluted and bring to boil.
Combine next 4 ingredients in small bowl; add little apple juice.
Stir until blended in saucepan of juice.
Pour this mixture over apples; stir until all slices are coated.
Pour in pie crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes; reduce to 375\u00b0 and bake until done.
