Sugar-Free Fruit Ices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pureed fresh, frozen or canned unsweetened fruit
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
sweetener to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Freeze in small electric ice cream freezer according to directions or pour into freezer container. Freeze until almost set.
Remove and beat until smooth.
Return to freezer.
Freeze until firm.
Makes 4 servings.
