Orange Roughy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 roughy filet per person
6 potatoes, quartered
3 cans green beans
carrots
sliced onions
Preparation

Wrap each roughy filet in aluminum foil.
Add potatoes, green beans, carrots and onions to each filet.
Mix butter, lemon pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour over top of each.
Close up the foil and bake at 320\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
