Georgia Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag dry black-eyed peas
    1 (20 oz.) jar pimiento, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    3 jalapeno peppers
    7 to 8 spring onions, chopped
    1 large onion
    1 bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Soak and cook peas.
    Mix with remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with corn chips.
