Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) jar sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
    1 1/4 c. cooked, chopped corned beef
    1 c. sour cream
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 slices rye bread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients and place in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with the bread and cheese. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until heated through. Yield: 5 servings.
