Spinach Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 box frozen spinach
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Peel, cook and mash potatoes.
    Add sour cream, sugar, margarine, salt, pepper and onion.
    Thaw spinach and drain well. Add to potato mixture.
    Place in 2 baking dishes.
    Sprinkle Cheddar over top.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    One dish can be frozen and baked later after thawing.
