Yummy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. crushed potato chips (set aside)
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
    Boil potatoes until tender. Mix together next 5 ingredients and set aside.
    Drain potatoes and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Pour the soup mixture over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Remove from oven and place crushed potato chips on top.
