Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, best at room temperature
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
Preparation

Bring water and butter to a boil, making sure all the butter is melted.
Add to flour and salt mixture and mix well.
Add one egg at a time, beating until smooth.
Spread on a jelly roll pan (15 x 10-inch).
Bake for 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Let cool.
Burst bubbles after coming out of the oven.
