Stir And Roll Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. low-fat milk
Preparation
    In small bowl, stir salad oil and milk all at once into flour and salt mixture.
    Mix thoroughly, but gently (the less handling the better).
    Roll half of the dough between two sheets of waxed paper.
    Place in a 9-inch pie pan.
    Roll other half for top crust. Makes enough for a 9-inch double crust.
