Breakfast-Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 lb. browned sausage
4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Layer hash browns, cheese, onion, sausage and mushrooms in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Mix eggs, salt, pepper and milk.
Pour over layers and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until set and brown on top.
