Two Meal Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. lean ground chuck
    2 pkg. onion soup mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together soup mix, eggs, ketchup, water and bread crumbs. Add ground chuck tenderly and form into 2 loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Use one loaf for a meal and the other for cold or hot sandwiches for another meal.
    Good with mashed or baked potatoes, gravy, salad and applesauce.
