Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Gold Medal Wondra flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 (hot).
    Heavily grease 6 deep custard cups or 8 muffin cups.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add milk, flour and salt.
    Stir with fork just until smooth.
    (Do not overbeat.)
    Fill greased custard cups 1/2 full or fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake 60 minutes or until deep, golden brown.
    Remove from cups immediately and serve.
    Yield: 6 to 8 popovers.
