Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs. tomatoes, peeled and diced
    1 cup chopped hot or mild peppers
    3 cups chopped onion
    1 cup cider vinegar
    3 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
