Meat And Tater Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 c. seasoned stiff mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup cornflakes, salt, pepper, mustard and milk in large bowl; beat well.
    Add meat; mix gently.
    Press evenly on bottom and sides of pan.
    Beat the eggs.
    Add potatoes, onion and parsley.
    Stir; spread on meat mixture.
    Bake in a 9-inch pie plate at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
