Fruity Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran
    1 c. apple juice
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. Polaner All-Fruit (apricot)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix Bran and juice.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in egg, oleo and fruit.
    Mix flour and baking powder.
    Stir into bran mixture just until blended.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
