Moist Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    4 c. grated apples
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add apples and mix.
    In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
    Add to apples.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Refrigerate.
