Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 drops lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Use small foil liners and small cupcake pans. Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake liners.
    Top wafer with cheese mixture 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool top with either cherry pie filling or blueberry pie filling.
