Smoked Sausage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
13 oz. tomatoes
1 qt. water
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 c. dried potatoes
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Cut up sausage in bite-size pieces and brown in skillet.
In a large pan, simmer all ingredients but potatoes and peppers for 1 hour, then add dried potatoes and green pepper.
Cook until done and soup thickens.
