Cold Peach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe peaches
    2 tsp. dry white wine
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Plunge peaches in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain, peel, halve and stone. Puree peaches in blender.
    Transfer to saucepan and add wine, water, sugar, cinnamon and curry powder.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
